DevineHelp is a direct crowdfunding platform that connects fundraisers (beneficiaries) with generous donors worldwide. Donors can follow campaigns, review verified due diligence forms, and send direct payouts. Beneficiaries receive funds seamlessly according to predefined disbursement schedules.

Q. How do I start a fundraiser?

Verified beneficiary accounts can start a campaign by clicking the "Start Campaign" button in the header. You will fill out your campaign details, request goal amount, configure a payout bank/mobile money method, and supply answers to standard due diligence questions to provide total transparency to donors.

Q. Are my donations secure?

Yes! All financial transactions are handled securely using Stripe or bank integrations, ensuring industry-standard encryption. Donations go directly into escrow for the designated beneficiary campaign and are protected against unauthorized claims.

Q. How are fundraiser disbursements handled?

Escrowed funds are disbursed to campaigns on scheduled cycles, typically at the end of each monthly period or when requested by verified beneficiaries. Payouts are estimated and converted into local currency (LRD) dynamically on the beneficiary's dashboard.

Q. Can I follow other members and campaigns?

Absolutely! Both donors and fundraisers can follow profiles and individual fundraisers. When you follow a campaign, it displays in your "Your Impact" page list and helps you easily check back on their progress.

Q. What types of fundraisers can I support on DevineHelp?

DevineHelp hosts fundraisers across multiple cause categories — from crisis relief and medical needs to education, social impact, and community programs. You can browse all active campaigns on the Explore Campaigns page.

Q. What is the DevineHelp Giving Guarantee?

Every fundraiser on DevineHelp goes through a rigorous verification process. Our due diligence questionnaire, beneficiary identity checks, and admin campaign approval ensure that every cause is legitimate. If a campaign is found to be fraudulent, donor support protection applies.

Q. Can I fundraise for a charity or nonprofit organization?

Yes! DevineHelp supports both individual fundraisers and registered nonprofit organizations. When registering, select "Organization" as your account type to unlock organization-specific campaign features and display your nonprofit badge publicly on all campaigns.

Q. What is the pricing or platform fee?

DevineHelp charges a one-time platform onboarding fee for verified beneficiaries to activate and publish campaigns. This fee covers verification, hosting, and ongoing disbursement processing. Donors pay no additional platform charges — 100% of your donation goes to the designated cause.

Q. Which countries are supported?

DevineHelp currently focuses on campaigns benefiting recipients in Liberia. Donors from any country worldwide can contribute in USD. Disbursements are made in Liberian Dollars (LRD) or USD based on verified bank/mobile money details registered by the beneficiary.
