1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the DevineHelp Secure Fundraising Platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Account Responsibilities & Verification

To register as a fundraiser beneficiary, you must supply authentic account details, configure a verified disbursement/mobile money destination, and complete our standard due diligence questionnaire. You are solely responsible for protecting your account credentials, maintaining accuracy, and answering all donor questions truthfully.

3. Fundraising & Direct Payouts

All funds raised on DevineHelp are held securely in escrow and are converted dynamically and disbursed directly to the designated beneficiary account according to scheduled payout cycles. Fundraisers must use all received payouts solely for the purposes stated explicitly in their campaign description.

4. Prohibited Uses & Account Deactivation

You may not use our service for any unlawful activities, fraudulent campaigns, or misrepresenting the destination or intent of raised donations. DevineHelp reserves the complete right to audit campaigns, withhold suspicious payouts, and permanently deactivate accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DevineHelp or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on DevineHelp's platform, even if DevineHelp has been notified of the possibility of such damage.
